The project is located on a hillside facing a large park. The programs are divided into three buildings arranged around a central square. The leveling of public spaces into terraces allows for the creation of terraces for shops, a community café, and a covered market.

The project weaves together links between vernacular architecture and a more classic composition organized around a square. The cultural center is designed to maximize interaction between residents. A hall leads to the library and multipurpose room and is shared with the café area. On either side of this space, the multipurpose room and library open widely onto the public space and, depending on their orientation, offer access to a reading garden or a view of the park and its arbor. #cut
